From April 1 this year The Supervisory Board of Impact Clean Power Technology S.A. (ICPT SA), a leader in the production of battery systems for public transport and energy storage, in accordance with the resolution of February 25, has made changes in the composition of the company’s Management Board: Konrad Makomaski, President of the Management Board since 2011, delegated his duties to Bartłomiej Kras, the current Vice President of ICPT SA. Konrad Makomaski from now on performs the duties of the Vice President of the company’s Management Board. In their positions, they remained unchanged: Sebastian Kośmieja, Vice-President of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer, and Krzysztof Dresler, Member of the Management Board. The current changes in the Management Board are the effect of the planned and successive process of the company that has been announced since last year, which will ultimately end in the Management Board and the Supervisory Board in the middle of this year. Appointed as the President of the Management Board, Bartłomiej Kras is one of the founders of Impact and until now he was the Vice-President of the Management Board and Technical Director (CTO).
