Impact Clean Power Technology SA is a leading manufacturer of battery systems for transportation, industry and stationary energy storage for RES, traditional power generation, rail and telecommunications. In addition to the domestic market, we sell our products throughout Europe, New Zealand and the United States. Our laboratory develops innovative battery systems that have the parameters to provide a market advantage in every segment of our business. We are already working on the next generation of our solutions.

We are ready to support global efforts towards a zero-emission economy and the hydrogen revolution that is coming as a result. In these activities, we support our Customers: Solaris Bus & Coach, Autosan, Siemens, Stadler, Skoda, Voith, JBT, Kiepe Electric, TEMSA, Dancer Bus, Phoenix Motorcars, Innogy, PGE EO. We have supplied them with 20 thousand reliable systems. Vehicles with our batteries have traveled more than 70 million km worldwide. Our energy storage solutions support groundbreaking RES projects implemented in our country.

Management Board

BARTŁOMIEJ KRAS
President of the Management Board

Associated with e-mobility industry for the last 14 years. Specialist in the design and implementation of lithium-ion battery systems. He managed many projects carried out by the company from the beginning of its existence, completed with implementations and commercialization all over the world, for such companies as Citroen, Bosch, SAM Group, Smith Electric Vehicles, Solaris, Ursus, Vosloh Kiepe, Voith, Temsa and KTM. He was a manager of research and development projects in international consortia, i.e. TAILORWELD, TOLPE or KORANET. He is an author and co-author of several patents, trademarks and unique technical solutions in the field of electromobility, lithium-ion batteries, fuel cells and system control. Graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology, where he received his doctoral degree. He also completed training organized by the ICAN Institute (Harvard Management Course).

IRENEUSZ KAZIMIERSKI
Vice-President of the Management Board

He is a graduate of Chemical Technology at the Faculty of Chemistry of the Lodz University of Technology. He has a certificate of completion of the ICAN Institute Harvard Business managerial development program. He started professional career in 1999 at Ceramika Paradyż. In the following periodical periods, with such companies and the Rovese Group (Cersanit, Opoczno), successive management levels. As the CEO of Rovese, he was responsible, inter alia, for the development strategy, engaging in the company’s development process in an organization with a global reach. From November 2017 to March 2019, he was the President of the Management Board of the company Tools and Equipment Wiertnicze “GLINIK” sp. Zoo. with headquarters in Gorlice. From November 2017 to November 2019, he was the vice president of the management board for Operations PGO He was and then a number of responsible ranks within the TDJ group. In the FAMUR SA Group since November 2019. In the Group, he was responsible for management support, research and development, cooperation with foreign and prospective customers, development on new and commercial services, as well as product development management and partner achievement. He also performed activities over affiliated companies operating under part of the part.
