Impact Clean Power Technology S.A. is a leading manufacturer of battery systems for public, industrial and commercial transport as well as AGV robots. We sell our products in domestic market and in the United States, Germany, Spain, Turkey and Italy. Thanks to the constant investment in research and development, we have created solutions which enabled us to build an international portfolio of loyal customers. We deliver our batteries to Solaris, Ursus and JBT. Our products, widely recognised within the electric mobility industry, are a result of cooperation between our engineers and the best academic centres in Poland. The synergy between science and business resulted in competitive advantages and increased the turnover of the holding company; it exceeded 96 mln PLN in 2018. In line with our Sustainable Development Strategy, we are planning the IPO in 2020. The ICPT S.A. team consists of 140 highly specialised engineers, including mechanical , electronic and electrical engineers, programmers, system integrators and production engineers. Thanks to modern production technologies, such as laser welding, the company is implementing complex projects resulting in the best- quality and high-scalability solutions.
President of the Management Board since 2011
Since 14 years associated with the electromobility industry. Initially, as the Business Development Director at Impact Automotive Technologies (the first Polish designer and producer of the RE-Volt series electric car) and the CEO of Clean Power Technical Solutions. Throughout his career, he worked in Poland, USA, France, Germany and many other countries. First, as an automation engineer (Poland – Huta Katowice 1979-81, France – USINOR Dunkirk 1982-85) and subsequently in the IT and business management sectors. For over 10 years (1986-97), he worked for Oracle Corporation in France, USA and in Poland. Between 1997 and 2001, he was the CEO of Informix Poland. In the years 2001-2005, he created and managed the largest Internet platform for online trading, Otwarty Rynek Elektroniczny S.A. – Marketplanet. In 2002, he received the „Marek Car” Award for his work in the field of IT systems for public administration. He is a long-time member of the Management Board of the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications and an expert of the Polish Information Processing Society. He was one of the initiators of the Polish Technology Platform of E-Mobility. He graduated from the Faculty of Electronics and Computer Science at the Warsaw University of Technology and the International Business School INSEAD in France.
Vice President of the Management Board
Responsible for the implementation and development of innovative technologies. Since 17 years, he has been associated with e-mobility industry. He is a specialist in designing and implementing Li-ion battery systems and has managed numerous projects in that field, carried out by the company since the beginning of its existence. These projects have resulted in the implementation and commercialisation of our products all over the world, including for such clients as Citroen, Bosch, SAM Group, Smith Electric Vehicles, Solaris, Ursus, Kiepe Electric, Voith, Temsa and KTM. He led research and development projects in international consortiums such as TAILORWELD, TOLPE and KORANET. He is an author and co-author of a number of patents, trademarks and unique technical solutions in the area of electromobility, Li-ion batteries, fuel cells and system control. He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology, where he also gained his Ph.D., and completed the ICAN Institute training (Harvard Management Course).
Vice President of the Management Board, Financial Director
For many years he worked on managerial positions at KPMG, as part of KPMG, where the implementation of audit services for the exchange of concerns, among others Sekurit Saint-Gobain, SKANSKA or Volkswagen Bordnetze. In rage. In the years 2015 – 2017 he was a CFO in the Scanmed Group. As a Real Estate Management Specialist at PointPark Properties Poland, he deals with issues related to banking and real estate. He is a graduate of the University of Economics in Poznan (direction Accounting and Finance). Specialization in the field of financial consulting in the field of project management, restructuring, management and implementation of ERP systems. He has qualified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) qualifications and is an ACCA partner.
Member of the Management Board
Over 20 years of experience in banking and capital market institutions.
He served over a decade in the banking sector: he was Vice President of Management Board in PKO BP in charge of Risk and Collection and temporarily he has been the chief of investment banking area. He chaired the Asset and Liabilities Committee and the Central Credit Committee in PKO BP. In 2010-2012, Krzysztof chaired the Supervisory Board of PZU SA. In 2012, he was recognized with “Order of Merit in Banking for the Republic of Poland” awarded by the President of the National Bank of Poland. In previous years, Krzysztof supervised the areas of strategy, planning, controlling, HR policy, compensation policy, cost policy and tax issues – as CFO/Reporting Officer in Xelion Doradcy Finansowi (Unicredit Group). A member of Global Association of Risk Professionals, Professional Risk Management International Association and the Board of EFPA Poland Foundation for Financial Advisory Standards. He graduated with Master’s in finance and banking from Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). Krzysztof completed Collegium Civitas post-graduate studies in philosophy, Management for Business Leadership program in University of New Brunswick, and many others.
